Learn about your family tree by searching our electronic index for birth and death records. The electronic index is available during our normal business hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday.
Using the electronic index
You can use the electronic index to search for birth records dating from 1909-present and death records dating from 1964-present for the entire State of Ohio. Death records from 1909-1963 (Henry County only) can still be searched using the genealogy book located at the front desk of our facility.
