Newborn Nurse Home Visiting

Our Family Connects Ohio program provides free home visits with a registered nurse for Henry County Families with a newborn baby.

Complex Medical Help
(CMH)


CMH nurses link individuals with special health care needs to a network of quality providers and helps them obtain payment for services they need.

School Nursing


Our school nursing program provides school nursing services to local parochial schools in Henry County.
